Attractive road cycling with crossing the western part of Serbia and Montenegro. From the plains below Belgrade, we climb the heights of the Tara National Park. We cross many mountain passes, fantastic river valleys, we will arrive in Montenegro and jump into the Adriatic Sea in the resort of Budva.

DAY 1 – ZAGREB (AIRPORT) – TRANSFER AND ARRIVAL TO BELGRADE
Individual arrival in Croatia and Zagreb. We organize the transport of minivans and caravans of clients and bicycles to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Transfer to the hotel, time allows, a short walk around the city. Dinner, meeting with the guide, overnight.
DAY 2 – TRANSFER TO START POINT IN BELGRADE AND STAGE 1 – THE VALJEVO TOWN
Transfer to the starting point in Belgrade at the international fair. At 11.00 the beginning of the first stage in the direction of Obrenovac, then towards the town of Ub and further south to the town of Valjevo. Accommodation in a hotel in the city and free for relaxation, Individual dinner in one of the restaurants. Overnight.
STAGE DATA: 87 km, 431 meters in ascend.
DAY 3 – VALJEVO – BAJINA BAŠTA – TARA MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK – MOKRA GORA – OLD RAILWAY STATION
Breakfast at a hotel in Valjevo. A challenging stage follows, we will do some longer ascents, ride in a mountain environment and reach the finish line in the village of Mokra Gora. There is a station of the old, but still functioning narrow gauge railway Šarganska Osmica. If time allows (depending on arrival at the destination), we suggest a train ride. Through many tunnels, in a very picturesque nature, the train climbs the mountain to the Vitasi pass. Dinner together in the restaurant. An optional walk to the beautiful village of Drvengrad, provided by the world-famous film director Emir Kusturica. Overnight.
STAGE DATA: ROUTE, 111 km, 2525 meters in ascend.
DAY 4 – MOKRA GORA – USTIBAR – MOUNTAINS AND TRANSITION TO MONTENEGRO
Farewel from Mokra Gora. We will head further west, to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we will drive through the mountain area towards the southeast. Part of the route goes along the Lim River. We drive through the town of Ustibar and start our journey through the secluded mountain world in Serbia. We will continue driving towards the border with Montenegro. After crossing, we take the local road with the final descent to the town of Pljevlja. Accommodation in a hotel. Free for refreshments and a joint dinner in a restaurant in Pljevlja. Over the night staying.
STAGE DATA: Medium difficulty, 86 km and 1536 meters in ascents.
DAY 5 – PLEVLJA – CROSSING THE TARA CANYON – MOUNTAIN RANGE OF DURMITOR – CITY OF NIKSIC
Breakfast at the hotel and then we will pedal hard again. A demanding road, some ascents, a long descent into the canyon of the river Tara, which crosses the bridge over the Tara with a beautiful view. A strenuous ascent to the Durmitor Mountains follows. Arrival at the tourist center Žabljak. From there across the pastures with a steep descent into the valley of the rivers Bijela and Bukovica to the town of Šavnik. A new ascent to the mountains follows. At the end of the day we will continue to descend towards the town of Nikšič. The place of the famous “Nikšić beer”. Accommodation at the hotel, free for short breaks and dinner. Overnight staying.
STAGE DATA: 131 km, 2335 vertical meter in ascend.
DAY 6 – NIKŠIČ – PODGORICA – CETINJE (OPTIONAL CLIMB TO MT. LOVCEN) – ARRIVAL TO THE DESTINATION – BUDVA
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will drive along an interesting path that leads along the edge of mountain ranges, all the way to the road to the famous Ostrog medieval Orthodox monastery. We continue towards Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, followed by a gently ascending part to the old capital of Montenegro – the city of Cetinje. (NOTE: In Cetinje, depending on the time, weather conditions and, of course, the “physical condition” of the cyclist, we will decide whether to continue to Mount Lovčen or descend to Budva). Descent to Budva – our goal and the end of the last stage. Accommodation and free time to rest until dinner in one of Budva’s restaurants.

- OR: 158 km, 2656 meter in ascend – option with a climb to Mt. Lovčen
DAY 7 – BUDVA – VISIT TO DUBROVNIK TOWN – TRANSFER TO ZAGREB
Breakfast at the hotel, luggage storage and bicycle loading. We will head towards Croatia and stop in the famous city of Dubrovnik. A tour with a local guide through the old medieval town center. Some free time, and later return transport back to Zagreb. Overnight staying.
DAY 8 – ZAGREB – END OF TOUR
Brakfast and individual departure.
